Pork menudo is a type of pork stew composed of pork belly, hotdogs, pig liver, carrots, and potato. It is cooked in tomato sauce and is best eaten with white rice. This is my favorite Filipino dish. I make sure to cook this dish often. It has been a favorite dish to serve during special occasions. Christmas dinner is not complete without it, as far as I am concerned. I hope that you enjoy this recipe video. Send me a comment if you have questions or clarifications.
